Parker has always been my little buddy, but lately he is turning into my little friend. He is always there for me when I need him. I can always count on him doing something silly to make me laugh, giving me a kiss, laying his head on my shoulder, or saying "I looooov" to me.
When Garrett is working late, I'm not having a good day, am feeling lonely, or just need to smile, this little guy always knows when I need some love.
I am going to miss these days of just the two of us. We have our little routine that is just so relaxing, and just us.
We eat cereal on the couch every morning together while watching cartoons, and it is my favorite part of the day. Parker will just sit on my lap and say "bite bite" when he wants more. And then turn around to kiss me as to say "thanks for feeding me, mom".
I just love him!
Thank you buddy, for making me smile every single day. I love you!

He IS a special little guy! His "thank you" comes from the the depths of his heart.....always sounds truly thankful when someone helps him!! I know, I know......I'm the grandma but it's true - he's got a totally gentle spirit!! :) XO
Garrett says he is going to be the male version of Mother Teresa because he's so sweet, and loves God so much (even though he doesn't know who He is yet). But he definitely loves to pray!
