Parker My Love Bug

See this sweet little guy? He is having surgery again on Wednesday. We are very hopeful that this will be his second and LAST surgery that he will need. He needs to have an orchiopexy on his right side (for his undescended teste), since it didn't take to both sides last time. We are just praying that this time it works and that Parker recovers really fast.
Please keep him (and mommy and daddy... they are worried!) in your thoughts and prayers.
We're off to Stanford tomorrow.

Memorial Day Fun

We had 2 BBQ's, Auntie Jen's birthday Party, and tons of playing outside. Here are a few cute pictures of the handsome man.

Happy Birthday, Auntie Jen!

Here is a special video from your favorite little baby :)

Applesauce

I can't stand how cute he says this:

Last picture of my 2nd trimester!

Holy moly, I am 26 weeks already! That means the next time I take a belly picture, I will be in my 3rd trimester. Time flies when you are growing a little cutie while playing with another little cutie :)

Yumalicious.

How cute are those lips? What a kisser!

Parker was being a little model during dinner.

Then he had to make some business calls.

I Love You <3

He finally perfected the 3 syllables, even though it was cute no matter how he said it. And you can tell he really means it when he just looks at me after I give him a kiss and he will say "I love you". I LOVE him!

Cute.

Inside my Mother's Day card were the cutest pictures of my favorite little baby. Garrett had taken him to the park the day before while I got a pedicure and prenatal massage (heaven!). This is one of my favorites:

This adorable picture is now framed and in our living room thanks to my boys :)
And these are just cute. Parker was eating a sour punch straw out on our deck tonight.

Mother's Day Love

My second Mother's Day was just as special as the first. My boys are amazing, and take such good care of me. Garrett kept telling me that they were going to take care of me because I take such good care of them every other day. :)
I woke up to donuts in bed with my boys, presents, followed by brunch at Madonna Inn with both of our families, dinner at Firestone, frozen yogurt, and then we took Parker to his first movie (Planet Earth). He surprisingly did pretty well and made it through 30 minutes. Wow, I just realized that most of my day revolved around food, but aren't all holidays??
It was so nice to be with both of our mom's and to spend some alone time with my guys.
Thank you, babe for all the love and spoiling me. I wouldn't be a momma without you :)

Parker is really into entertaining everyone at meal time. He had uncontrollable laughter yesterday, and learned a new word from Uncle James "NIIIIIIICE".
Parker was dancing the whole time I was trying to take a picture with him!

I hope all the momma's had a wonderful day!!
And mom: I LOVE YOU!!

The boy who is always there when I need him

Parker has always been my little buddy, but lately he is turning into my little friend. He is always there for me when I need him. I can always count on him doing something silly to make me laugh, giving me a kiss, laying his head on my shoulder, or saying "I looooov" to me.
When Garrett is working late, I'm not having a good day, am feeling lonely, or just need to smile, this little guy always knows when I need some love.

I am going to miss these days of just the two of us. We have our little routine that is just so relaxing, and just us.
We eat cereal on the couch every morning together while watching cartoons, and it is my favorite part of the day. Parker will just sit on my lap and say "bite bite" when he wants more. And then turn around to kiss me as to say "thanks for feeding me, mom".
I just love him!

Thank you buddy, for making me smile every single day. I love you!

18 Months

My sweet little man is 18 months old today! I can't believe how time just flew by. Look at the difference a year has made. My little punkin pie is such a little boy now! And we kept with the chocolate cake tradition and this year he got chocolate cupcakes :)

(click on the above picture and look at those eyes. They take my breath away.)

We spent the day with Gramma DeDe and Papa Steve and showed dadda their new house! It is SO beautiful. We are a little bummed (okay, A LOT bummed) that they are going to be in Templeton now, but happy that they will be living with Nana and Papaw so we get to see them a lot more! Not to mention the pool... :)

How cute are my parents in their new kitchen???

We had a little fun in their new house playing around, and Parker loved on momma and little Hudson.

Yesterday was Katie and Wes' engagement party, and mommy and daddy got a little alone time while Uncle Brett watched Parker :)
